(uhh this is my first ST post... hope you guys can put up with the lack of skillzors and stuff >_< haha)
Where there is light, there is shadow.
Where there is hope, there is despair.
Where there is good, evil breathes down your very neck.
But the Almighty deals a fair hand.
With destruction....
There shall be resurrection.
Wake up, my sheep...
The keyholes have been reopened, the worlds re-connected. Some have shifted, some have remained, some have disappeared with the force of a new, darker and ultimately more powerful being than the last one. The threat is emminent, the worlds will vanish if nothing is done.
Including your own.
It is now up to you to lock the keyholes.
But do not fret, for you shall not be alone.
An important decision will be presented to you before long. Choose wisely for it shall impact the rest of your journey.
Remember, the future of the worlds rests on your shoulders, but for good reason. You have....
Everyone
The mysterious voice starts to fade away before you can catch its last words, and you realise as "real" as it had seemed, it was only a dream.
The words ring in your mind but you have absolutely no idea what it was all about. Gradually, sleep steals over you again and when you wake up, you had absolutely no memory of it at all....
(Okay guys... you can now start creating separate threads for your own charries and describe what happens on the last day in their worlds, until the moment they get pulled into the mysterious world by Lucifer. You have absolutely free reign about how they get sucked into the other dimension. ^___^ WEEEEE OFF WE GO!)

They're in traverse town, right? ^.^ ***********************************
Cardigan's consciousness shot right back to her, pushing her to sit up, her eyes flying open. She felt breathless. The last scene that she had last seen was nowhere near to what she was seeing right now. "What happened?!" she blurted out, confused. "W-where am I?" She looked around, her eyes showing nothing but bewilderment. The floor was made of rubble, the high walls surrounded her. There were crazy looking houses around and streetlights to match. "What is this place?" Cardigan stood up slowly. It sure looked like a town to her. However, there was an odd feel to it.
Taking a step further, she felt something hit her shoe--someone. Looking down on the ground, she saw another person lying right next to her. It took her a couple of seconds to realize that there were other several people lying unconscious around her. Who are these people? Why am I here? What happened to the two goons from earlier? The questions reverberated in her head repeatedly. There was no way to explain this at all.
"Heh...okay Cardigan, this isn't real. You're just dreaming..." she told herself, pinching her cheek really hard. There was no way this could be real.

Cardigan
In the midst of your confusion, the ground starts to shake violently. The space in front of you seems split into two. You stare into the yawning abyss and before you can react, it sucks you in, reminding you of how you were taken from your own world before. Just before you lose consciousness, you see from the corner of your eye four more bodies being sucked in after you.
Everyone
Gradually, you regain consciousness, and the only thing you can make out in front of you is the same darkness, illuminated merely by four objects floating in the air. You notice by the dim light that you are standing on a platform with ornate patterns, but for now, that is the least of your concerns.
"It is now time to choose your weapon. Select, and then you fight. Do it, or you will forever be stuck in this forsaken darkness."
A magnetic voice informs you silkily, its tone indulgent and somewhat patronising.
You step up to the revolving objects, and indeed you are presented with a choice of four weapons as the voice has informed you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Okay guys, you can just come up with your own choice of weapons, remember to include the one your charrie would be wielding! XD)

"It is now time to choose your weapon. Select, and then you fight. Do it, or you will forever be stuck in this forsaken darkness."
Cardigan held her forehead and blinked. What is going on here? she kept asking herself repeatedly. There was nothing but darkness around her now--that and the four weapons of his dreams--nunchaku, a kendo stick, set of ice picks, and gauntlet. Why are they here? Surely, she was dreaming. Either that or she was dead.
She picked up the ice picks. "Forever stuck here, eh?" There was certainly no way.
"Who's there!" Cardigan tried to address the mystic voice that had spoken earlier. "Where are you? Show yourself," she said, gazing up with clashed eyebrows.

Cardigan
"In time my dear, in time." The voice tells you, the silkiness changing to goading. "Surely you can spare that bit of patience for the ones who have fallen into the same plight as you have?"
Before you can blink, its presence dissipates and you know that the voice has already gone.

Jazz's grey eyes darted around, back and forth through the darkness.
"who's talking?!" she demanded.
"choose a weapon," the voice repeated. Jazz huffed and looked around at the floating weapons ontop of each pillar.
I swear if Lavender snuck a video game helmet on my head while I was sleeping again I'll...
"Video game, OFF!" she shouted. Nothing happened.
Well I guess if it's an interactive dream I should play along.
Jazz looked at her choice of weapons and gazed over a staff. Having never seen a staff before, she thought it was just a stick.
What am I going to do with that? Whack someone with this lame stick? Too wimpy.
She turned to the next weapon: a broadsword.
Too unoriginal
A bow and arrows were next.
boring. Man, where are the laser guns and vaporizers?
The last weapon was two blades with chains attached to them. Jazz didn't even know what kind of weapon it was. She picked it up out of curiosity and the the chains magically lifted up and wrapped themselves around her arms.
cool. Let's try it out! Jazz threw the handle of one of the blades out into the darkness and yanked back her arm. The blade came rushing back to her, and if she hadn't ducked it would have cut off her head.
"whoa!" she exclaimed. "I choose these," she said confidently.

"It is now time to choose your weapon. Select, and then you fight. Do it, or you will forever be stuck in this forsaken darkness."
Valiance stared up into inky blackness, still lying spreadeagled on his back. After a moment of recollection, he blinked, sat up, and crossed his legs, glancing around.
"Phweet! This is odd."
Relatively bouncing with good cheer, the tall young man jumped to his feet and raised his arms above his head, stretching. "Kyaaa---ano 'to?" He blinked at the group of weapons that were floating before him. "What a strange collection of weapons...pero...I have my darts...ne?!"
So much for my darts... Valiance thought ruefully, searching his pockets and finding nothing. He surveyed the weapons with a critical eye. The twin axes were obviously out, as they looked like they required intense physical strength to wield, and powerful as he was, Valiance's strength lay in magic, not physical prowess. The sais looked appealing, but they were made for close-range combat, which Valiance detested...that left the crossbow and...Valiance blinked.
A bracelet??
It was a small, slender thing, a thin chain of silver that looked unassuming enough. It practically oozed magic, and without another hesitation Valiance reached out and caught it, then put it on his left wrist. It was a perfect fit, only slightly loose about the wrist, and Valiance peered down at it.
How is this a weapon?
His silent question was answered soon enough. The moment Valiance fisted his left hand, it closed around something hard and slender, and when Valiance opened his hand, a gleaming silver dart lay on his palm.
Kakkoi...that's so cool! A bracelet that creates an infinite amount of darts! Valiance beamed at nothing in particular and with a flick of his wrist, threw the dart, sending it into darkness. Then he perched his hands upon his slim waist, glanced around, and wondered, what next? I know it sounds really trippy that Valiance is wearing jewelry as a weapon, but I didn't want to give him like, a sack of darts. That would've looked really odd, so I made the bracelet, which summons his weapons of choice much like Stardust's choker summons her Ciceronian in Wake. Sorry if it's weird.
